Description
A Bronze Age ceremonial dagger attributed to the Hyksos period (c. 17th–16th century BCE). Features a hippopotamus ivory pommel with natural age-cracking, set above a bronze hilt with stylized curved flanges and a row of gilt rivets along the grip. The leaf-shaped blade has a raised central ridge tapering to a fine point, with extensive cuprite/malachite patina from burial.
